Refund policy

If the test is being shipped in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. If Enhanced Fertility has already started to provide the service, your refund will be calculated as the total amount less the cost of the shipping, services and materials incurred. Test kits are unique to the customer and cannot be reused. If the kit is damaged due to shipping, we will send another kit within 48 hours at no additional charge (capillary collection kit). If the sample cannot be processed due to user error, no refund will be due but Enhanced Fertility will send another kit at cost price.
